My order was filled promptly. I was unaware that my order was shipped in two parts. (Unknowing the second part was at my door the next day.) I panicked and called customer service. I told them I didn't receive my full order. They immediately was willing to send another shipment or give me a refund. It only took one phone call. Excellent customer service.
