The items (Flow Alkaline Spring Water) ordered arrived on time and in surprisingly good shape despite the fact that the outer cardboard boxes were broken and opened along multiple seams. Even the tape sealing the openings were peeling to a great extent. I was not pleased that my order was treated so roughly, but relieved that everything inside was fine.
