There was a minor hiccup with the quantity I paid for (initial shipment started with half my order - one box of 24-count chips, instead of two). One phone call and a courteous, apologetic response had the rest of my order on the way immediately. My very favorite jalapeño chips (complete order) was timely, had an appropriate fresh date and just as I anticipated.
