I placed my first order, for "Regular" Snapple Raspberry Iced Tea, & I received Diet, which I didn't order. Customer Service was very responsive, & rectified the situation, quickly. Anyone can make a mistake, & I fully realize that. That's why I clicked on "Acceptable".
