while not your fault, the box got damaged in transit and ups repavked, but one seltzer was missing from the 24 pack. i worked with one of your reps and i was given a credit not problem. however, on your website, it took my discount code, but at checkout it disappeared. again, i worked with one of your reps and a credit was applied. so i give an excellent rating because all of these mishaps, your company did the right thing by me and i thank you for that.
