Earlier this summer I ordered 12 bags of Meyer Lemon cookies. Long story short, after sending several emails and being alerted several times that my order had been shipped, I finally received my order over a month later. Problem was, they shipped the wrong product. They shipped 12 bags of Key Lime Pie. The box was damaged and most of the cookies in the bags were broken. After sending a final email to them, they responded and said that I could return the shipment (at my cost) and they would send the correct order (yeah, right) or I could keep the wrong order and they would give me a 20% off coupon. At that point I decided to cut my losses and not make any additional purchases from this company.
