The website returned an error msg when I paid requesting that I try again - which I did. Then I had two confirmation messages meaning I had ordered and paid twice. I immediately tried to contact customer support but got cut off after queuing for a long time. I sent an email (still within 15 mins of placing the double order) with screen shots of the orders explaining what had happened and requesting that they refund and do not send the second order. No reply for a week and of course then it was too late. The second order was returned at my expense. Rubbish experience! Will not use the company again!
