i made my account, placed my order. I got a message "package on its way", then couriercompany wrote "address incomplete", ODLO wrote "your package needs you". I sent in message to couriercompany DPD and asked to complete address and to deliver to packagepoint. Before that was arranged/answered, ODLO decided to return my package to their depot. I'm sure i had entered my housenumber in my account. No check is between ODLO and courier for the address-data. On top of this more than € 50,- is charged as costs for packaging, handling and courier.
