Good service once you know how to interact with Odlo. For example, if you order an item on sale & it's the wrong size, you're reimbursed (that's fine), but if you want to simply exchange the item for a different size, you have to re-order & ... this same item --originally on sale-- is NOT on sale for this second purchase (you pay FULL PRICE). So this time, I ordered 2 different sizes of the SAME ITEM on sale, & then returned the one that didn't fit. Too bad that you have to "work around" the lack of an option to simply exchange an item for another size.
