Went to Olive Garden Fair Lakes VA today and was disappointed. Took 3 tables and seats to find one that was half clean and we were one of the first customers. Silverware had spots also. Manager just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. Didn't bother to have someone come clean them. He was not customer friendly at all. Waitress was fairly good but didnt come back to make sure our food was OK, nor did she offer to fill water or ask if we wanted more breadsticks or dessert. This OL use to be very good but has definitely gone downhill over the last few times we have gone there. Good chance we won't go back again.
