5 Starts for the quality of their products, overall one start less since they need to improve their communication. 5 days after odering two items the order was confirmed but still not sent out. It was difficult to get a response out of them. Only after complaining I got a response and it turned out that one item of 2 was awaited from another warehouse. After that things moved quickly and the fantastic items arrived. They should update customers per email if there is delay explaining why and give an estimate when it will come. There was a minor difference between online images and the item when it arrived - the coat had in its pockets not a red but a dark blue lining. It was just good luck that I am happy with it but in the future please make sure that images and description are matching the item you sell
