I chose to open an account after the representative reassured me that they are in fact regulated. Their commission is lower, though, and I was unable to make withdrawals for months because of regulatory issues, so having a personal assistant didn't work out for me. I had to bring SEEKRAIL.cOM into the picture in order to fix all of these issues and get my money back. So I'm going to pass on this one. I strongly advise against making any kind of recommendation about this company.
