The lampshade arrived soon after I ordered it and was well packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions, available on the website when I ordered, were included and easy to follow (I did this with my five year old who took pride in telling me each step. The lampshade is perfect: great quality, beautiful design and way better than other options I had looked at from other retailers.
