As a social good agency, I wanted to send Christmas gifts to my team that were ethical and sustainable, as well as thoughtful and 'cool'. OOTB nailed it. I was able to choose what I wanted in the box, and send it with a personalised note. I felt like a got a great deal for my budget too. Zoe really went the extra mile for me. She was quick to reply, helpful and supportive, and when Royal Mail messed up one of the deliveries, she sorted it the same day. I'll definitely be using OOTB again.
