The hat I order was just delivered and unfortunately the courier company shoved the hat into my small mailbox.
What was a very nice hat is now completely squashed, misshapen and ruined.
I’ve tried to reshape it but it’s a lost cause.
I bought it as I’m going away. Don’t have time to send it back for a replacement.
Won’t be ordering from Oz Resort if they continue to use couriers who don’t care!
Big disappointment.
