I was very pleased with the service I received from Paradox. The goods arrived promptly and were carefully packed, so as not to get damaged in transit. Unfortunately, two of the items that I ordered were unsuitable but the free returns policy was greatly appreciated and a subsequent refund was received promptly. I was delighted to have been able to purchase some elegant kitten heel shoes for a wedding, in the knowledge that these will be worn again on a future occasion. Thank you for your services.
