I was satisfied overall with my Paradox purchases although the first pair of shoes I received were different textures so I had to return them. I was very satisfied with your customer services when I wished to know what shoes had matching bags. Not sure if that info is available on your website but it certainly didn't present when I searched on matching shoes and bags. Interested to see that you expect shoe boxes to be in good condition when returning and disappointed to report that my shoe box was battered and sellotaped and had hoped to pack my shoes in the box as they were for my daughter's wedding.
