As there has been a problem with using SHOP to pay for my shoes. Max Young deceased has never had anything to do with my purchase . Due to an error which needs correcting with SHOP and myself . I have no idea how to go about correcting the error. I bought the shoes with my credit card using SHOP. The credit card is in my name not Max Young. So there is something wrong with the automotive system which appears to use Max Youngs name as the billing address . When actually he is deceased and he hasn't used a credit card with his name on to pay for any goods. I found the shoes I bought too narrow size 6 and had to return them . Hopefully I will be getting my money put back on my credit card! Hopefully Max Young's name will be removed as the billing address at the care home where he used to be looked after! I have tried to contact SHOP to have the Error sorted but not easy getting in touch to do that!
