I purchased a pair of shoes and after wearing them once for a few hours, the sole around the toes was almost worn out. Paradox deemed this to be ‘normal wear and tear’ - finding this difficult to comprehend as this is saying that the shoes are only good for one wear ??? Although Paradox were quick to respond to my emails, it was not a satisfactory resolution.
