I was looking for a part for my PRS-5. I dealt with “Chad” and he was able to locate the part, informed me concerning that he was able to locate the part, when it was mailed, and when it should arrive. The communication and desire to help me out was outstanding. He is an asset to Park Tool. I will be ordering more from Park, if my local bike shop cannot supply it. Thanks again…
