I ordered a raw water pump for our 2003T. It arrived in good time but was damaged. Parts 4 Engines were excellent at arranging replacement to a revised address and it was great being able to discuss things in person on the phone, but it shouldn’t have happened. So 5 stars for service and 3 for being right first time. The replacement was perfect and is now installed and operating.
