Even though I ordered some parts I was very annoyed that they didn't bother to respond to my query so I am still none the wiser.
When they messaged me again weeks later with a Newsletter I reminded them that I was disapointed that they couldn't be bothered to answer customer queries.
I very much doubt there will be a response to this either. Value your customers
