Shipping took much longer than anticipated, so I didn't have the pashmina for the event I had ordered it for. It seemed like a Fedex label was created right away, but the item didn't ship for more than a week after that, and then it was delayed. When I tried to exchange the pashmina for a different color since I had to purchase something similar for my event, I got no response whatsoever.
