We received our order in the triple digit high desert community in southern Utah. I was sure that it would have been cooked during delivery. I was so wrong! Frozen solid in dry ice. I was so relieved and when I did cook it I was delighted. I followed Dr Wahl’s recommendation and was certain it would be delicious. It is!!!! I am very picky about what I (and my family) eats. I love your story and now that I have tried your true pasture raised chickens I know the difference. Thank you so so much. You have a customer for life. Mary
