I love the chicken but it was delivered on Friday not Thursday which would have been three days not two. The outside of the chicken was thawed and soft to the touch but not thawed completely by any means. The outside of the box was wet due to the melting. I emailed the company with no response. I do love the chicken and was surprised by the delay in delivery. The box label said it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday so I think it may have gotten held up by Fedex.
