I placed my order on Sept.27. On Sept 29, rec'd email stating it was delayed and would ship Oct. 5th. On Oct 1, I rec'd email stating the shipment was on the way, and included a FedEx tracking number. On Oct. 6th, rec'd an email stating it was delayed and would ship on Oct. 12th. Since I had no confidence this would actually ship, I cancelled the order. No apologies received, just acknowledgement that refund was processed. Will shop elsewhere in the future.
