We were WOWED by our first try of Pasturebird chicken thighs. Way better than organic chicken. It's more than the fact that it tastes fresher than chicken from a store and even from our food conscious co-op. There is a delicate flavor difference that is hard to describe. The best analogy I can provide is it's like the difference of an aged full bodied red wine v.s. a young wine. We are hooked and will be loyal customers.
