I love being able to buy pasture-raised chicken from Pasturebird!! It is more healthful (switching to pasture-raised helped lower my husbands cholesterol), better for the environment and VERY yummy! Thank you, Farmer Paul! My new favorite go-to easy dinner is roasting bone-in thighs in the oven on a flat pan with vegetables.
