At the risk of sounding over the top, I can honestly say, that when my husband and I say grace over a meal made from Pasturebird, we actually say, God bless Farmer Paul. Besides how amazing the chicken tastes (as well as the bone broth I've been making from the leftovers), I love the connections, the stories, the photos of how he tends his flock and knowing that our health is a priority for Pasturebird.
