I love you guys but: I haven't received my order yet because it was delayed. Which is fine - supplies are screwed up and it's the holidays - nothing is on time. However you guys are sending me a survey every day anyway, which is starting to make me want to fill them out. Maybe figure out a system where you don't keep prompting someone who hasn't received his shipment yet?
