I am elated to have found Pasturebird! I have a voided cooking and eating chicken for so long for many reasons including, the slime, the smell, the texture and taste of regular store-bought chicken. I after doing a ton of research I realize that every label that says vegetarian fed is a horrible diet for an animal who naturally eats proteins from bugs and other creatures in the ground. All of which, influences the quality of the food we ultimately consume. Pasturebird’s chicken taste immediately tells you the difference. But even before that, preparing the chicken there’s no slime, there’s no “foul” smell. After the first pack I cooked I went online and bought a 30 pack of chicken cuts. This will be the only place I source chicken from. I am also proud to help support regenerative agriculture as well as a veteran and his family!
