This was my first time ordering from Pasturebird.
Customer service- Fed Ex messed up on our delivery sending it back to Pasturebird. When I contacted Pasturebird, they said that they received our package and replaced it with new product and shipped it right away. It made it to our home frozen and in good time.
The thighs we had were tender and had a deeper more rich flavor than a store bought chicken. We noticed the difference right away. Thank you for raising healthy chickens for our family to enjoy! We will be buying again.
