I find the spatchcocked chickens could use a little more meat. If you let them live a few more weeks, would that increase the size?
I do appreciate your method of raising them. I buy them for that reason. But I will stick to buying breasts as they provide a juicer stir fry, roast etc.
I don't understand the reason why they differ in size.
