Finally, I don't have to trim pounds of fat from the chicken meat, like from the ones I used to purchase somewhere else, even the organic kind. Also, I used to remove fatty skins and throw them away. With the Pasturebird chickens that exercise, nothing goes to waste. The meat is very tasty, just the way I remember it from my childhood when my grandmothers raised the chickens. Thank you for your hard work, Pasturebird farmers!
