The care and humane treatment of these chickens is the main reason I tried Pasturebird. The bird came frozen in two days after ordering it. It was a very good weight (3 to 4 lbs.) and I typically bake the whole chicken to then use the meat to make soups, have chicken with salads and so forth. I would absolutely purchase again from Pasturebird for all my chicken needs.
