I am shocked by the extreme high quality of this meat. Previously, I had almost given up on cooking chicken at home because I knew how bad the grocery store chicken is and even the “organic” chicken on the shelves seemed to be pretty bad. I also didn’t have time to devein and trim fat off the cuts that were supposedly already processed. Well, Pasturebird’s chicken changed all of that and I have peace of mind knowing that this chicken is healthy and was raised ethically.
