Great product great customer service. My last order got delayed by FedEx and arrived 5 days late and fully thawed out so it had to be thrown out. I was in constant contact with Meredith, who I found to be very personable, during all this and a second order was shipped without question and arrived a few days later, fully frozen. Any issues I have is with FedEx, not Pasture Bird, and I will definitely be ordering again.
