Making ginger chicken broth for a friend going through Chemo. Really appreciate chickens that are not full of fat.
One suggestion: do not put the plastic absorbable pad in the package because some of us begin the cooking process straight from frozen, skipped defrosting to minimize contamination. Thank you!!
