I have the best regards for the mission of Pasturebird, I think its about time that we have properly raised poultry. I feel that on all accounts the ordering, delivery, timeframes, etc. Pasturebird is doing well. Coming from a chef and someone who has butchered plenty of chickens and other things from fish to beef, i think that the butchering and the packaging of your product could use a little help. The spatchcocked chickens are pretty rough.
