They came packaged so well. Easy to get into my freezer. We used three birds to make Jamaican jerk chicken and it was easy to spatchcock season and marinade in the jerk seasoning. It cooked on the grill and was fall apart tender and has the true brown color of authentic jerk. I made broth out of the spare parts. No waste !!
