The product is very good. I have been searching for a more regeneratively raised chicken and am very happy with your system and the results. My only negative is the packaging. I usually only prepare one serving at a time, and the pieces are so crammed together in the packages, that it is difficult to separate out one portion. I would also suggest looking into a recyclable paper form of insulation for the shipping box.
