I found pasture bird to have the best customer service and be very responsive to orders and requests. We live in Phoenix and during recent staffing shortages one of our packages from pasturebird was held in the distribution site for too long and it thawed. They immediately sent a new package that arrived frozen as soon as we notified them. We have been very happy with all our orders and their amazing customer service.
