Dear Farmer Paul. I love your story. i love your mission statement. i am very impressed with your operation. i am very glad for your family that you have had such rapid success. i have tried all cuts of your chicken and it is wonderful. Just one comment, if I may. The taste is great, but you might want to double check with your butchers/packers. Sometimes the chicken does not smell "fresh" when opening packages. Kind of a turnoff. Other than that, great meals!
