I placed my order on April 3rd (PB31544) and never received the order. I was sent an email a few days after my order was placed with a tracking number that never shipped. I contacted Pasturebird via text message bot on the Pasturebird website that I never received my order. On April 22nd, I received an email with a new order (PB32086) and a new tracking number for another order that hasn't shipped yet. I just tried to track the shipment and it appears to be another ghost shipment. Nobody from Pasturebird has even called me to discuss it. Very disappointing since I want to support and patronize small businesses like Pasturebird.
