Ground chicken tastes delicious in patties, meatballs and any skillet recipe. Most of the time all 12 came shipped frozen. However a few times I have had 2-3 out of 12 start to thaw when delivered. Being in WA state the ice usually has melted by the time I get box delivered to my door. I quickly unwrap to get chicken in freezer ASAP.
