Hi Paul, I've been a long time follower on Linkedin and a big supporter on your endevour with Pasturebird. I think you are on the right trajectory. I've trying your whole chicken about 2 years ago so i've decided to try it again. In my opinion, your whole chicken taste about the same as local chicken i get in New York supermarket. In all honesty ( i do not know if it could be compare) whole chicken from local supermarker in Costa Rica taste better (more juicier). It remind me the chicken I taste in Europe. I do not know anything about raising chickens. I was hoping the way you raise chickens that it would taste the same as in Europe. Maybe its not possible - too many variable. One can only hope.
