My experience with this company is: lack of expertise, lack of professionalism and lack of honesty. The refund policy does not exist, it is just a nice advertisement to get more customers. In my case they were not able to produce an acceptable piece of work the first time (the document produced was full of unacceptable mistakes I easily recognised; even an undergraduate student would have produced a better work) and they missed the agreed deadline the second time. I had to do the work I paid for (and I did not get any refund) on my own. My advice: Avoid this company!
