Paper was submitted to a university in Africa by unknown person within 24 hours of me receiving the completed version, clear case of plagiarism and publication of work. This was fullu acknowledged by PeachyEssay. Refund was refused (despite this being in breach of their own T&Cs) and it causing me distress and anxiety. I received a threatening email from Kevin after iniating a charge back with the following: "Failing to promptly close this chargeback could regrettably force us to consider legal action, including retaining ownership rights of the paper and publishing it on our website. Our objective is to avoid any adverse impact on your name, career, and business, and thus, we earnestly advise a judicious approach to resolve this matter." AND "Our legal team is prepared to contest this chargeback, and we are confident in our ability to prevail. However, we strongly wish to avoid publication of the paper and any further escalation, provided a fair and reasonable resolution can be achieved." This again is against their own T&Cs: NO PRIVATE PUBLICATION OF YOUR WORK Not even as samples, your identity and work remain completely safe with us. We will never use it to publish in anywhere or not even at our own website as samples. Unethical, unprofessional company that cannot be trusted.
