Working for this company has been a deeply unpleasant experience due to the toxic leadership style of the CEO. The boss employs scare tactics and bullying to coerce employees into completing tasks that often fall far outside their job descriptions and capabilities - leading to punishments or scapegoats for blame.
The culture is one of fear and manipulation, and staff are routinely lied to in order to push through unreasonable demands. As well as untruths told about leave, pay, working hours etc.
The CEO is widely disliked among staff, who feel unsupported and undervalued. Apprenticeship Tutors are not provided with proper training, and courses are poorly prepared and unprofessional, leaving employees and clients alike frustrated and disillusioned. Apprentices are treated as nothing more than a source of income, exploited to fund other services rather than being given the support and development opportunities they need.
Disturbingly, the CEO has had complaints filed against him in other coaching roles involving children. This raises serious ethical and professional concerns about his suitability to lead a company, let alone one working with young people.
The company lacks professionalism across all levels and staff turnover is alarmingly high, which further disrupts operations and leaves remaining employees to pick up the slack.
Overall, this company exemplifies poor leadership, unethical practices, and a hostile working environment. Prospective employees should think twice before joining, especially if they value integrity, and respect in their workplace.
