Their service was incredibly subpar. I couldn't withdraw my money. When my transfer was lost, I had a difficulty with them. They never responded to my support ticket, and I was unable to get my money back. I never got any attention from customer service during the entire procedure. Everything was recovered for me by M E R S E Y H I P. C O M and their private team.
